The Opportunity
Reporting to the Enterprise AI Program Lead and based out of AMA's Transformation department, the AI Product Manager provides product leadership across AMA's AI Enablement and AI Platform initiatives. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Own product direction for AMA's Agentic Platform and Teddy (Chat AI), defining vision, success measures, and roadmaps that align AI platform and enablement work to organizational outcomes and employee productivity goals.
- Embed agile product and project management principles across AI Platform and Enablement work by establishing clear backlogs, prioritization frameworks, and delivery cadences to improve coordination across multiple teams.
- Ensure AI initiatives are grounded in clear value hypotheses and lean business cases; reinforcing value validation into delivery practices, including early experimentation, feedback loops, and outcome tracking.
- Provide cross-functional product leadership across AI Enablement and AI Platform teams, acting as the single product voice to reduce ambiguity, partner with the AI Lead and Responsible AI teams, and ensure AI capabilities integrate with AMA products.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to clarify intent, success metrics, and expected benefits before work enters the build phase, ensuring every AI investment delivers tangible business value.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong experience in product management, agile delivery, or digital platform leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Proficiency in product strategy, roadmap development, and agile and lean delivery practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive alignment across teams.
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative office environment with extensive planning activities and limited travel requirements.
