As an Assistant Security Manager, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities for an Assistant Security Manager
- Review all submitted team incident reports for quality assurance
- Liaise with client, contractors, tenants, emergency services
- Review and export of CCTV footage using digital CCTV systems
- Providing excellent customer service to various tenants
- Provide first aid and basic life safety in an emergency situation
- Must be able to cover a guards shifts on an as needed basis
- Coordinate day to day operations as the assistant security manager
- Responsible for ensuring that security licenses are up to date for bullpen staff
- Maintaining Training matrix and performing other responsiblities as per assigned client
Qualifications for an Assistant Security Manager
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Must hold Valid Alberta Security License
- 1 - 3 years of security manamgent experience
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday 0600 - 1400
- Exceptional interpersonal skills both oral and written
- Demonstrated the ability to follow operational secuirty measures, protect confidential information and excercise good judgment and discretion.
- Demonstrated comprehension of the Canadian Criminal Code and Tresspass to Property Act
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must have strong customer service skills, mature attitude and professionalism
- Leadership and mentorship skills
- Able to work in a team environment or independently as required
