Full-time opportunity -

• Monday to Friday - Dayshifts only

Career Level: Experienced Dental Administrator (Minimum 3 year of Dental Administrator experience)

As our Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our dentist and team while creating a positive environment for patients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 year experience in Dental Administration role
• Proficient with all administrator duties including but not limited to scheduling patients, coordinating hygiene, submissions for predeterminations, entering insurance payments, etc.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and dental providers.
• Expectational customer service, takes initiative, sense of urgency, motivates team.
• Experience with A/R and treatment coordination
