Possible growth opportunities Work-life balance Training, Support and Guidance Responsive leadership Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain POS systems Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Provide onsite and remote support Train customers and document service work Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus) POS, IT, or field service experience (restaurant experience a plus) Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance Must be 21+ Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight hours Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs Climb ladders and work at heights up to 30 ft Stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours) Work in confined spaces and varying weather conditions Pay & Benefits $29.71+/hr (DOE) + overtime Basic Life Accidental Death and Dismemberment Dependent Life Long Term Disability Health Dental Company phone, laptop + tools provided Full-time | On the road Qualifications
