- Measure, cut, or shape wood and other materials using power tools
- Install interior and exterior structures and fixtures
- Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and frames
- Follow safety rules and regulations
- Maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Ability to lift up 50 lbs
- Maintain company equipment
- Ensure supplies and chemicals are properly stocked
- Maintain company vehicles (includes inspections, maintenance and cleanliness)
- Ensure all mitigation and drying equipment is being utilized to full potential
- The ability to follow blueprints and building plans
- Posses a valid Class G Ontario Drivers license with no restrictions
- Able to operate a company-owned vehicles
- Willing to take part in on-call rotating schedule
- Able to work after hours and on Holidays when necessary
- Willing to submit personal information for a criminal background check
- Preference will be given to those with IICRC Certification or equivalent
