Temporary Part Time – Hardware Clerk - Tisdale Home Centre
(Seasonal July-September 2026 with a possibility of an extension)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide a professional approach to work concerning areas such as attitude, dependability, and appearance.
- To provide a level of service to all customers that meets the Co-operative’s standards in courtesy and efficiency.
- To maintain a constant alert against unauthorized removal of merchandise.
- Some heavy lifting is required.
- Complete safety training as required.
- Provide information, assistance and customer service in a manner that will promote the sale of merchandise in a friendly and courteous way
- Become familiar with all hardware merchandise and maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Perform key cutting and paint mixing tasks
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with the public.
- Must be available for work a variety of shifts including weekends.
