The work consists mainly of:
- Ensuring a memorable visitor experience;
- Welcoming and informing visitors on our many services, programs and exhibitions;
- Assisting with wayfinding and "plan your visit" support;
- Controlling visitor circulation and managing the number of visitors through exhibition areas;
- Ticket processing;
- The possibility of additional training and compensation for interpretive activities, program delivery and guided tours.

We are looking for people who:
- Are patient, enjoy working with the public and will greet visitors with a smile;
- Enjoy providing quality customer service to a diverse audience;
- Appreciate team collaboration to achieve common goals;
- Are bilingual (English / French);
- Have experience with ticketing(asset) or cash systems;
- Have experience working in a museum, cultural or tourism context (asset);
- Have experience delivering programs and/or presentations (asset).

- Temporary positions without assigned hours
- Positions starting early September for 1 year with possibilty of extension
- You must be available to attend 3 to 4 full consecutive training days during your first week.
- $19,49/hour to $24,12/hour (2025-2026 rates) + percentage in lieu of benefits (up to 10.5%).
- The opportunity to supplement your income through the delivery of certain programs following additional training.
