JSGS Sessional Lecturers
The Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy invites applications for Sessional Lecturers to co-teach two sections of the following course during the 2026-27 Regular Session, Fall Term: Course Number, Section, and Name: JSGS 891.3 Public Policy Professionalism Term and Course Dates: September 2 to December 7, 2026 The appointment period includes additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrolment. Application Process:

Delivery Mode: This course will be delivered online (asynchronously) with an in-person residency.
Course Schedule: Class runs full term with online content & assignments. In-person residency will be held September 21 (3-7PM), September 22-24 (9 AM – 5PM daily), and September 25 (9AM – 12PM).
Expected Enrollment Limit: 25-30 per section
Location: Saskatoon
Qualifications: Minimum of a Master’s degree in public administration, public policy, or a related discipline is required; a PhD degree is preferred. Familiarity with the MPA competencies is required. Experience working in the public sector is required. Previous teaching experience, particularly at the graduate level, would be considered an asset.
