• You will take on varied responsibilities that shift with business needs and seasonal priorities. This flexibility allows you to develop a well-rounded understanding of insurance brokerage operations and contribute meaningfully to our team's success.
• Support one-off projects and campaigns that fall outside regular operational capacity
• Assist with broker communications, product information requests, and general inquiries
• Contribute to special initiatives and business development activities as assigned by management
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
• Participate in team meetings and learning opportunities
• Support marketing, communications, or analytical tasks related to life, health, and wealth product lines
• Other duties as assigned based on seasonal and business requirements
