Part Time School Lunch Monitor
The School Lunch Monitor is responsible for supervising students during lunch and maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly cafeteria environment. The monitor helps students follow school rules, encourages appropriate behavior, and assists with the smooth operation of the lunch period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during lunch periods.
- Maintain a safe and positive environment in the cafeteria.
- Monitor student behavior and reinforce school rules.
- Assist younger students with lunch-related needs when appropriate.
- Report behavioral, safety, or other concerns to school principal
- Assist with maintaining clean and organized cafeteria areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned by school principal.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work well with children and school staff.
- Patient, dependable, and responsible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and attentive in a busy environment.
- Previous experience working with children is helpful but may not be required.
Work Environment:
This position is primarily indoors in a school cafeteria and involves standing, walking, and actively supervising students for extended periods.

11:30am-1:15pm
Compensation
$16.31 per hour
