Position Summary:
The Bell Attendant at Eldorado Resort serves as the guest's liaison/ambassador for both hotel and non-hotel services. They are an information center for our guests, regardless of whether inquiries concern in-hotel or off-premises attractions, facilities, services, or activities. The Bell Attendant knows how to provide concise and accurate directions.
What will you be doing?
- Develop a strong knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services and of the surrounding community
- Coordinates Bell Attendant tasks and duties of the day
- Performs all duties such as delivering luggage, amenity deliveries, room moves, etc.
- Maintains and enforces Eldorado Resort’s policies and procedures as they pertain
- Handles guest complaints and problem solve to the degree possible as directed by management
- Monitors parking lot and registers hotel and restaurant guests license plates
- Ensures lobby entrance and area is always clean and tidy
- Reports to the Front Office management team and works closely with the team to ensure smooth effective running of the front office department
- Supports other departments as required

- Previous experience in a customer-focused industry or hotel is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Comfortable working on your own as well as part of a team
- Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time, and lift heavy items as needed
