21st Century Community Learning Center Grant
This grant will allow for an after-school program for our students, which will include academic support, enrichment workshops, field trips, activity centers, and interest-based clubs. This program will allow the building to be open from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, following the district's calendar for early dismissals and closings. These postings are for the 2026-2027 school year only and are PENDING GRANT APPROVAL.
Site Coordinator/Lead Teacher
- Manage the day-to-day operations and activities of the program
- Teaching scheduled activities, as needed.
- Covering the building when the Project Director is not able to be on-site.
- Responsible for creating/providing relevant and aligned curriculum for offered sessions.
- Assist Program Director with the planning of field trips and guest speakers.
- Maintaining current and accurate data such as daily attendance, academic reports, and daily activity log.
- Schedule student activities and maintain a schedule.
- Meeting all requirements of the 21st Century Community learning Center Grant (Federal), including attending professional development, trainings (possibly off-campus)
- Communicating with students, families, and community
- NJ Certified teacher preferred.
Hourly Rate: $70
16 hours/week (not to exceed $38,080)
10-month position
