People Corporation is seeking a Team Lead – Benefit Analytics. Reporting to the Director, Benefit Analytics the Team Lead will be responsible for providing, technical expertise, training, coaching and management of the team workflow. The ideal candidate will also participate, collaborate and support the Benefit Analyst team in delivering impactful solutions to clients.

The Team Lead, Benefit Analytics will:

  • Provide ongoing training, support, and peer reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency in analysis. Assist with work during peak periods.
  • Manage a team of benefit analysts, conducting regular check-ins for development and goal alignment. Collaborate with Director/Manager on performance assessments and solutions.
  • Liaise with consultants to manage deliverable expectations and ensure balanced workloads for analysts.
  • Address errors and operational challenges, collaborating with the team to resolve and prevent issues.
  • Oversee task prioritization, monitor analyst capacity, and track deliverable progress.
  • Offer technical expertise and guidance on complex issues to consultants, account managers, and analysts.
  • Review and confirm that proper and accurate information is provided to client as well as ensure that client data is properly updated.
  • Contribute to key projects by providing subject matter expertise and supporting project implementation.
  • Lead the adoption of new processes and tools, including training for smooth transitions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure alignment with best practices.

To be successful as a Team Lead with People Corporation you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the group benefits/group insurance industry or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Strong analytical, mathematical and strategic thinking skills
  • A positive attitude and collaborative personality
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to meet and set deadlines for multiples deliverables
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range

The base salary for this position is between $95,000 - $105,000 annually.

This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
